CourierIT - a bad service

For more than 2 days l have been waiting for the delivery of my parcel. CourierIt claim that contact is not available. How can l be unavailable when my phone is always on and l called them in the morning to confirm my availability. I never received any call from them. Something does not add up there. Poor service they don't bother to call the customer. Courier it is NOT reliable.
