I’ve never been this disappointed and frustrated. I’ve been waiting for my parcel for the past 5 days now and they keep on loading and reloading my parcel. I contacted a guy called Themba after the second delivery attempt and he assured called the delivery guy while I was still online; I was assured that my delivery will be done within 10 minutes as the guy is already in my area. To date I’m still waiting for my router. I don’t know why telkom insist on using them. Pathetic!!!
