COURIERIT

A delivery that left Cape Town on 7th December still hadn't arrived by 21st December. According to the tracking number it was loaded onto the vehicle every day from 8th December but nothing ever arrived. First notification said it couldn't be delivered which was ******* as someone is here 24 hours.... after that I had no communication whatever until someone phoned me on 18th to see if it had been delivered.... Still nothing arrived, and the company who had sent the parcel were also unable to do anything either. I would never use this courier company or ever recommend them to anyone.
