If could make negative stars I would. You parcel means nothing to these people it has been paid for so why should anyone care where it goes and whether or not it gets delivered. Firstly sent to the wrong place and now no one can give feedback. Would be easier to go collect your parcel by yourself as to deal with this company. Try emailing or contacting is just as bad.
