Courier the worst service

I am very disappointed with your service from a man called Thulani Mavuso. I called him twice today to ensure that he brings my parcel. He doesn’t want to come in at the boomgate he wants us as customers to come to the boomgate. I pay for these services and for my parcel to be delivered door to door. On the 6th, 7th and now the 18th June Thulani Mavuso has failed to deliver my parcel from adidas. On the 10th June I spoke to Courier it and they apologised for this service but I’m very concerned that it still continues. I wish for adidas to change a service provider.
