Mr Letter saved the day & his company got some grace from me because of what he did, from what would have been a monumental disaster - he decided to follow up with driver and and locate my parcel till it arrived- why wld some say parcel not delivered when there is no call or confirmation with me-any ways Kudos Mr Letter for handling the query with humility.
