Courier-It, You can`t beat their poor service delivery standards!!

Ive been waiting for my parcel since the 24th November with a turn aroun dtime of 2 days.A driver called me and claimed to be on my street on the 26th November,it was a claim as I stated.He didnt show up and up until Today nobody contacted me to explain anything.

Just now after I called the company which hired them to deliver to me,they sent me a promise to deliver Today.They still can`t tell me what time to anticipate the delivery.This is not my first bad encounter with Courier It,my 1st delivery took them over almost 3 weeks to deliver a parcel.It is unfortunate that we don`t always choose the courier company to deliver to us,but if I had a choice ,i would never select them.

Hello Peter should consider the lowest star rating as a half or zero,I really feel that allocating 1 star to them is an injustice.
