Courier IT = Worst Courier Service Provider by Far

Return logged with adidas on 02 January 2025 and their courier services provider i.e. Courier IT still to collect the return item. I have been following up with several calls to adidas (apologizing for the pathetic service delivered by their courier services i.e. Courier IT) The waybill has been logged during the 1st week of January with Courier IT. I would not advise using Courier IT as your services provider as they clearly do not seem to have the team and/or infrastructure to run a half decent courier service.
