Courier it worst courier company and service

Worst service from a courier company ever. Received an sms on Thursday saying my package was out for delivery to ensure availability at the given address. So of course rearranged my day to ensure I’m available to take delivery. Package was not delivered. I called the next morning, no response at the department dealing with the queries. I eventually hung up and sent an email. A few minutes later received a reply from a Monique Manuel stating she would investigate. It’s 4 days later and no response/ feedback received despite sending 2 follow up emails. To make matters worse I received a second sms yesterday (Sunday) at 11:48 saying my package was out for delivery and once again package was not delivered. Bear in mind that the tracking status on the website states it’s been loaded in the vehicle and in transit. Speechless!
