Courier IT worse courier service

Do not use Courier IT, they are the worse courier service and not even worththe one star rating. I have been waiting 5 days for a delivery and made multiple calls. The call center put people on hold if they do not want to deal with you. Every day a sms notification are send the package will be delivered and when you go into the app the delivery guy is on the same address for 5 days. This is totally unacceptable.
