Courier it : Useless, *********** and Inefficient

I would give this company 0 ZERO STARS. They are Grossly *********** and Inefficient. I have called them over 20 times they shunt me from one person to another. No one picks up the phone. I received three emails to track my package but cannot track it because there is no information. I receive a message that my package is being delivered on that day, with no deliver and on the tracker it is indicated that my package is delivered. I tried to speak to a senior person but no one would take my call. What a useless, ***********, inefficient, and non productive business. Courier it is a company that will clearly show you how not to run a business. I shudder to think how operations and other business is handled by this company. Their attitude is beyond shocking. If you cannot get to talk to an agent how do you enquire about your package. I would advise people out there to keep away from this business. Useless beyond words, and I am certain that the executive team is the same, because a fish rots from the head. It also makes me wonder what kind of business will align themselves with such an imbecilic business.
