Courier-It unreliable delivery service

Courier-it does pick-up and deliveries for PAXI on the 3-5 day service. One pays extra for this service. The first time it took 12 days and this time the parcel, on date it should have been delivered in Bredasdorp, is still in Durban. The ladies at PEP agree that RAM service is prompt, but Courier-It items can lay there for days before being picked up.
