Courier IT unprofessionally

Delivered a product which was supposed to take 3 working days. Waited 10... had to return the product... They took even longer.

Time wasters and bad communication. No one ever answers their phones and each department blames the other. Very sad and would never recommend them.

Driver also handed me a parcel with cigarette in his mouth and continued to smoke in my face. It is the little things and this team is not a team.

So if you need a parcel collected or delivered in over 10 days only then give them a bash...Else don't hold your breath.
