Courier IT should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

I've been waiting for a delivery since 7am this morning, and I've been sent from pillar to post when asking about the whereabouts of my package. The most annoying thing is that Courier IT sends you an SMS at 6am in the morning, telling about a delivery that is gonna be made between 8am and 5pm, so they can mess your whole day up
