Courier IT - SHOCKING Service

I have had nothing but issues with this company. I have constantly got to follow up with them to update the tracking. Last week Monday they collected a parcel. Today, my customer wants to cancel because she has not received her parcel. I follow up with Courier it, and THEY CANT EVEN FIND THE PARCEL, and according to them THEY HAVE NOT EVEN COLLECTED IT.

I sent them the Proof of collection, but now they must 'try find it on their floor' This is the worst service I have ever received.

I would recommend that you stay far away form them. Shocking service
