Courier IT service concern

In November i Took contract with Cell C and they use CourierIt for deliveries, it was back and forth for them to deliver my parcel as driver insisted that my proof of resident is wrong and eventually that was sorted. Recently I took another contract yesterday sms was sent that my parcel will be delivered at my work address, I called their office in Umhlanag around 14h00 and the guy insisted that my parcel will be delivered before 16h00 stayed in my office till 17h00, the i left when i reached home an sms came in saying I was not available to accept parcel at 18h10, today I called office again and the same guy from yesterday before I can finish my story he asked about my Ref number which is cellc***6, and he rep**** your parcel will be delivered today and drop the call before I could tell him that im leaving office at 13h30 today. Well here I am i am still waiting and its now 14h45
