Courier it poor service

I was suppose to get my delivery on friday , when I track it says my delivery address is incorrect when it is not the first time they delivered to me using that address and I did not even receive a call before the delivery was to be done. It is so disappointing when such a supposedly trusted company fails to deliver as promised.

Now I have no idea where my parcel is because when I track it is still showing friday's update.

Poor Poor service especially because they did not even call me to confirm before saying the address is incorrect.
