COURIER IT - NOT RELIABLE

Terrible service - more than once.

Being invoice for overnight delivery however the parcel is only delivered days after the delivery date with half the content broken.

On another occasion urgent overnight delivery was requested and the parcel was not collected. Spend entire morning waiting for collection. Followed up the next morning after which was told they can only collect the package at 12:00 and that the delivery was going to be delayed until tomorrow. Two days that I have spend waiting on collection which means it's two days that I could not attend to my work responsibilities because of Courier It not doing their job.

PLEASE DO NOT USE COURIER IT FOR ANY URGENT OVERNIGHT DELIVERIES AS THEY HAVE PROVEN ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION NOT TO BE RELIABLE.
