Courier It No customer service

we opened our account with Courier It after receiving poor service from another company and the service with courier It is even worse. they demand account that are not due to be paid by lying that imports will be released only for you to get a bill at the end at quadruple the cost. They add bogus bookings to your account and demand payment. they lose parcels and don't even offer an explanation
