Courier IT is very unprofessional and useless

I have an order from Cell C which is supposed to delivered by Courier IT, on Friday Courier IT sent me a message to say i must be available at my address as they are coming to deliver my parcel, i spent the whole day and after 17:00 they sent another message to say they were unable to deliver my parcel. the following day i received another message to say they will deliver it and i must not leave, i stayed the who day and they never pitched up, Monday they did the same thing but never showed up. clearly these people think that i don't have life, their service is extremely poor and i have lodged a complaint with Cell C.
