Courier IT is useless

This is the worst courier company by far, very *********** and lack of communication.

My parcel was scheduled to be delivered on the 28th March 2025, they confirmed picking up the parcel in the morning at 16h00 I got a message that the driver is on the way and at 18h00 my parcel was still not delivered. When I called the next day they told me that the driver tried to call me and I did not pick up which is not true. The person I spoke to apologized and promised that my parcel will be delivered on Monday (31 March 2025), when I called them to confirm what time my parcel will be delivered, they told me that my parcel was not loaded on the delivery van.
