Courier It is the WORST courier service in SA!!! AVOID THEM!!!

I made an online purchase from incredible connection on Black Friday and Im still waiting for it to be delivered. The tracking update is still loaded in vehicle since the 3rd December. I received multiple sms's stating the delivery is on its way but nothing has yet arrived. Tried calling these fools multiple times but they just put you on hold. I cant understand how large retailers can use such unreliable courier services. I email incredicble connection asking for an update otherwise I want a full refund!!! Ridiculous!!
