Courier it is the worst company ever

This company hired by Adidas to delivery my parcel is refusing to deliver my order. When I call, they put me on hold until I give up. First it was Adidas taking nine days to release my order to be shipped, now it is this useless courier company that is not delivering my parcel. They sent me WhatsApp with a link to trace my parcel, my parcel status have been “Your order is packed by Tshepo on-route” this is day three since they is no movement. When I call, they put me on hold, when I respond to the WhatsApp they sent me days ago, they respond with copy and paste of the old message they sent. I’m beyond frustrated because even Adidas is not helpful. They also don’t respond to emails, phones (they also keep me on hold) until I eventually got tired and hanged up. At this point I just want my money back from Adidas
