Courier It is the worst

This is the worst company to ever use. They received my parcel on the 08th and today is the 15th and still not delivered. Only update on their tracker is that the driver had vehicle problems on the 10th. So I phoned and still no care in the world. Spoke to a lady by the name of Itumeleng and she promised to call me back but no call as expected. So I guess they have 1 truck and it is in for repairs and we should wait till it is fixed.
