Courier IT is a horrible courier service company

Courier IT wrongfully charged our company account. The shipment was collected by Courier IT drivers on the 30th of August 2024 and was supposed to be delivered to the CPT Takealot warehouse by the 5th of September 2024. The shipment was not booked for delivery by Courier IT and when our company followed up no one was willing to assist us AS ALWAYS . On the 12th of September one of the agents notified us that the box was accidentally opened by one of the drivers. That is why it was not delivered and Takealot cancelled the shipment and charged us a cancellation fee.

Due to failed delivery and incompetence of Courier IT we lost sales because the products that were pre ordered at Takealot CPT were not delivered on time. Our company then requested that the shipment be sent back to our business address since Courier IT failed to communicate and deliver now Courier IT is charging us for their mistakes and incompetence.
