Courier It helping my phone to get ******.

Now its not entirely their fault but they delivered my phone to the incorrect person. Now I have proof of all this thanks to their great waybill system that show you everything. The wrong person changing the delivery address. But they wont phone this person to collect the phone again...... so basically ive had my property ******..... and they wont do anything about it.... in a nut shell.
