COURIER IT GONE WRONG

im currently having such a hard time with them , took a contract with cell c over 3 weeks ago and my phone was supposed to be delivered weeks ago and when im trying to contact them they keep dropping my calls , they don't even have a straight answer as to where my package is ! this absolutely frustrating , up till now i am still waiting, SOMEONE HELP
