Courier IT - Failed to deliver - Blames Receiver

I took out a black Friday deal with Telkom Courier it had my package with them , they failed to deliver no one made contact with me , as far as i understand , at least 3 times to make contact is the standard no one contacted me , no email as well they labeled it as , cannot reach client , return to sender this has now resulted in the contract being cancelled by Telkom due to some irresponsible driver that your company hired , who cant contact the client prior to delivery

Please revert , i would like to see the call log , on who called me and when was it
