I'm very upset I placed a order with Telkom online in doing so I was informed via the terms and conditions that if I missed the drop off of my pasel I would be held liable for delivery chargers after witch I find understanding, however after waiting a full day after receiving a sms that my pasel will be delivered between 8 to 5 and number of calls to courier it all the kept saying is the driver has 10 desputes against him and they can not get hold of him at half past 4 I received a sms that my package will be sent back deu to me not picking it up or not being present at the drop off The driver was not even anywhere near my house did not make a call nothing now I have to wait 4 more days for my pasel and most probably pay for the drop off horrible service
