Courier IT doesnt know how postal codes work

The headline says it all.<br> <br> Here is a courier company that asks for your city and postal code. Then after waiting for your parcel you contact them and they ask you what suburb in Johannesburg. Well I thought this what postal codes were for.<br> <br> No contact you must contact them.<br> <br> Scary. If you do go with this company make sure you give everything postal area code. They'll get lost
