COURIER IT - DISMAL SERVICE

Received SMS that delivery of CELL C package was scheduled for Friday 10 February 2023. No delivery was received. Called Courierit late afternoon, and they said that they will.l follow up and get back to me. No feedback. Called again early on Monday 13 February 2023, whereby Cherise from Courierit said that the driver claimed he called me and I didn't answer, which is A LIE. I received NO calls from anyone for any kind of delivery. Cherise said she will follow up and get back to me. No feedback. Called again later during the day, where Samantha said that she will follow up and ask for them (delivery people) to let me know what is happening. No feedback. I can not understand why I get no feedback and no delivery. This is PATHETIC service.
