Courier IT delivery MIA

I'm in total disgust with the service received from Courier IT - I placed an order via the Samsung Rewards App for a GearFit Pro2 Watch (following my husbands recent phone upgrade) - after waiting patiently for over 4weeks it was finally supposed to be delivered but I have to date not received my order.

I was not phoned before delivery (as instructed when placing the order) - but was advised on the Monday morning that it was delivered on the Saturday - our mailing room at the office is not even open over a weekend! I had to run around trying to figure out what has happened to my delivery.

Eventually receiving an email address, I requested feedback and was blatantly told that it was delivered - which it was apparently - but not to me!!!!!!!!!

Firstly the driver accepted signature from an unauthorised person, who claims he sent the package back (eventually our mailroom provided proof of the return reference from their side).

I've been trying to get feedback from Courier IT without any success for the past two weeks. I feel that it's absolutely poor service and unprofessional on their part.
