Courier it can't find/deliver parcell

I placed an order with Adidas in Cape Town on Monday morning they sent it to courierit on Monday night, they were supposed to deliver on Wednesday but the driver said the dogs were just barking. I was at home the whole of Wednesday waiting for my parcel now could they not just phone me or try contact me in some way. Then i phone them on Thursday morning and they said the parcel is out for delivery that day so again i waited at home the whole day and the driver didn't't pitch at all so he goes home with my parcel and i phone on Thursday afternoon and one of the parcel trackers that i spoke to said he promised me it will be at my house on Saturday the 26th of December before 12 in the afternoon.. So i phoned them this morning (Saturday) and they can't get hold of the driver and he has my parcel at his house.. Which is utter bs because first of all the parcel should not be at one of your drivers house.. And i need to leave for Durban tomorrow morning and i still don't have my parcel!!! PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!! I want my parcel today before 12 as promised!!!
