Courier it bad service

Courier It is the worse courier service and after my experience of waiting for my parcel for far too long, first they sent an sms saying the address is wrong, other courier service will call to confirm but not courier it, and I drove to the location listed on Google only to waste my petrol and time because theres nothing there and when I call them, all pho es goes to voice mail. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, RATHER CHOOSE COURIER GUY. All I want is my package that I paid for.
