Courier It a definite No!!!

Good day, Stay away from Courier It, I don't know how there managed to get so big with such bad service. They are useless. They don't open on weekends. Which courier company doesn't open on a Saturday? The customer service is beyond terrible. The tracking numbers don't work. The phone number is not valid. The office hours on Google is all off. They closed on Saturday but show they are open 24hrs on Sunday. They have no proper facilities for customers collecting. you need to park out by security and wait for someone to attend to you. The security battles to get hold of Caleb and another person there. I spend almost three hours there for them to try and locate my package because their waybill number didn't track. I had to leave without the goods. OMG I don't know why people still use them. If I had a choice, I would rather use SA Post office as a last resort, and never Courier It
