Courier IT

So a driver whose cell number is *** called my husband to tell me to meet him @ the gate.when i get to the gate i heard from our security guard that a Courier-It truck drove by and reversed without even waiting for me to get to the gate when i phoned this number it was off.i was so annoyed so i called customer care spoke to Seloshnee who assured me that the driver will be sent back same day this was @around 13:45pm .@ around 15:00 i bothered myself to follow up what time my cellphone will be fetched for a whole hour trying to phone Seloshnee with no success i don't even think Cordelia cares about clients because how can i be wasting my airtime for a whole 1 hour even left a message so she can relay to Seloshnee she just ddn"t care to pass the message. finally @16:00 after complaining to Cordelia suddenly Seloshnee is available to speak to me.She then promised me that she will ensure that a driver arrives @ 17:30 to fetch my collection. I"m writing this with great disappointment because my phone is still @ the gate waiting for Courier-It to fetch. Can you imagine the risk of leaving my gadget at the gate and they still ddn"t show up.If you cant service your clients just close shop what a ****py and disgusting service.the whole operation is flawed and Silly!!
