COURIER IT

I have been a loyal customer for years. Always paid on time and in full. Had a cabinet collected from a customer to be delivered to another customer, after a few days and a lot of calls and emails, cabinet was found at the Courier It depot, BROKEN!!!!! No one took time to call me and explain what happened, my emails to management was ignored. NEEDLESS TO SAY I TOOK MY BUSINESS TO A TRUSTED COURIER COMPANY. Courier IT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
