courier company that does not deliver.

On 27 May I received a message that my package was out for delivery the morning. I requested an eta between 8 &11. 11 & 2 or 2 & 5. That is 3 periods of 3 hrs each. When it did not arrive I contacted courier it and was told that the package would be delivered by 2pm. At 2:30 the package had still not arrived. I contacted courier it again and was told me that they were waiting for the eta. At 15:15 I received a message that "Delivery has been scheduled for tomorrow". At 20:08 I received a shipping update of a failed attempt at 7:10 pm. Seriously. There was no attempt as I was home at that time and "Delivery has been scheduled for tomorrow". 28 May and a repeat of 27 May. 11:30 and waiting, no eta, nothing.
