COUIRER IT IS DISTASTEFUL!

Pathetic Service was received and nobody is accountable for anything!

I was expecting a parcel from a third party and updated my delivery address and since then things went downhill because the parcel tracked changes that nobody could account for upon follow-up. Currently, the parcel has been returned to the sender after I had been reassured that the parcel would make its way to me.

You can't even speak to a manager and the only method of escalation is through an invalid email to Dawn J???
