CORPORATES PLEASE CHOOSE WISELY!!!!

Cannot believe that this company is still being used. Corporate companies should NEVER use this company. It reflects badly upon the company using COURIER IT!!!! If you need to send a parcel, use someone reliable. This company should look into the overall running of the company. From the receptionist, who just puts the call through just after you've told her this is the 5th time i am calling and i am continuously being cut off, to the agent handling the enquiry who puts u on hold while she is trying to contact the driver, and that takes another 5mins, it is just a nightmare. Please can the corporate companies NOT use this courier company!!!!
