CORE SERVICE WHAT A JOKE - COURIERIT

What lack of service! Don't ever use them. I took my parcel for delivery on Monday 19 June 2023 to have it delivered before 10:00 am on Wednesday 21 June 2023. It was clearly marked under the special instructions section of the waybill and I was advised that this will happen in time. I had to get the parcel delivered before 10:00am as my client is going on leave. Now it is 13:15 on Wednesday 21 June 2023 and the parcel has yet to be delivered to my customer. I will be suing them for loss of income for the next year as this was going to be repeat business. Don't use them if you want to keep your customers happy as the lack of service is imminent. I called the service department 3 times already today and was advised every time that someone will call me back. They have not called me back at all. I will never use them ever again if I want to keep my customer base happy. They brag on their website that this is part of their core service offering. Core service? What a joke.
