contact no available

I have a problem with my parcel. Bought a motherboard in Vryheid on 21 august 2015. The lady send the parcel too me throught postnet/ courier it to Volksrust. The parcel is at Witpos. The problem is the courier company keep saying the contact is not available and then they go back too Johannesburg. I think the problem is that the wrong street adress is on the parcel. Because I was as home from tuesday to<br> Friday and nobody was at my house. My tracking number is as follow.PN***. Can somebody please help me to get my parcel.
