Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Courierit *Review:* I received an SMS this morning that my parcel will be delivered today so I canceled all my plans waiting for my parcel to be delivered. Around 17:00 I decided to contact the courier company to check what's happening with my parcel since I didn't hear anything from them the whole day. The lady who was assisting me said she'll check on the driver and get back to me. Apparently the vehicle broke down so my parcel cannot be delivered. Only after the call was I updated via sms that the driver won't make it. So the Lady politely asked if it can be delivered the following day, my problem is do I need to cancel my plans again? And why was there no communication, had I not called in when was I going to be informed? I am very unhappy with the service and lack of communication. I wouldn't recommend their services.
