Complaint- Poor Service

This company is trash and useless. I have been waiting for a parcel for the past 20 days and everyday I receive a text that the driver is on his way. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They must just close doors. The call center is even worse. The staff are not friendly and no tangible information received.
