Complaint on service delivery

I am incredibly disappointed at the service delivery received from the above company. My order number UA*** From Bathu Swag (Pty) Ltd was not delivered as promised yesterday. Now my question is the address clearly states its a office park of employment now how is it that the delivery guy will only arrive at 7pm for delivery when office hours are running from 8am to latest 5pm. Can the company rectify this and do due diligence to check office hours... Call the me to say you are on the way. So that clients can receive their items timeously. My number *** NS Dineka. You already have my order number above can I please have my order delivered during business working hours as I have no one to receive my package at home during the day.
