Complaint about a package delivery

Finrite, Telkom insurance dispatched my order to this courier company, i have been tracking it using the waybill number, it was dispatched from last week Monday and I was able to track it from Wednesday (13 May 2020) from half past ten all the way from Spartan. I have to commence with my online assessments and I don't have a suitable device to participate. And I am writing my assessments Friday
