Complain

I bought pampers baby nappies online, after a week I encountered a problem with the nappies ,I informed the company through FB inbox ,they arranged a courier to come and collect the nappies at my house for investigation, but unfortunately the courier company "Courier it" called me and said that I should come to their collection point to drop the parcel,of which is going to cost me transport money to get there, I explained to the driver that I don't have money to come there because pampers arranged a door collection, the courier it driver than said that they don't do door to door collection. I further sent a message explaining to pampers that the driver is refusing to come to me.pampers than said they will call the courier and come back to me,after few days they called and tell me that the Courier It company said that I said don't have a parcel for them to collect, which is a lie and because of the courier service dishonesty pampers decided to cancel my query.
