I have a parcel coming to thru courierit today 18 December 2017 I called them to track it from 9:30 I have been calling their office I have been told the driver will be at my office at 15:30 I waited and called until 18:30 when I was told the driver says he won’t make today he’s tired yet I’m on leave I went to office to receive the parcel, why did they not contact me in time to tell me that? I’m disappointed I demand that they deliver at my home address or I cancel the order with ismart
