Collection Inconvenience - Driver ****

Had a collection scheduled for Monday the 7th of March 2022 from Nespresso. Waited at home the whole day. Got a call from Nespresso saying that the driver informed them that i said there was no parcel to be collected. This was a complete lie from the driver. The driver never showed up at my door or called me. 8th of March 2022 waiting again for the driver to come collect the parcel still the same story. This is inconvenient having to waste two whole days waiting for someone who did not show up or call.
