Carol Malatsi is the best customer service agent
Carol Malatsi is the best customer service agent. She surely knows how to deliver excellent service. I was panicking as on the system the last update was 18 March 2026 . I called tge contact center and she put it upon herself to ensure that the parcel gets dispatched and delivered.
